Steph is an Associate in the International Arbitration and Construction & Engineering Disputes team in Hogan Lovells, London.

She represents international clients in high value, complex disputes across industry sectors such as energy, transport (railways and aircraft), waste to energy and technology. Steph has acted for clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings, and has experience with alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation. 

Originally from Hong Kong, she obtained an LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a qualified solicitor of England & Wales. In 2022, Steph was seconded to Hogan Lovells' International Arbitration team in the Paris office.

Advising an EPCM contractor in ICC arbitration proceedings in a dispute arising from the design and construction of a petrochemicals facility in the Middle East.

Acting for a global engineering company in Technology and Construction Court proceedings in relation to the public procurement process for the construction of a railway station.

Acting for a contracting authority in Technology and Construction Court proceedings regarding the public procurement of a new supercomputer.

Advising a Fortune 500 chemical company in ICC arbitration proceedings in relation to the acquisition of an aerospace manufacturing facility in France.

Advising a Balkans public telecommunications company in ICC arbitration proceedings in relation to a mobile virtual network operator contract.
