Scott Reisch is a Director of Hogan Lovells' international Environment practice group. Scott's practice includes litigation and counseling on a broad range of environmental matters with emphasis on contamination issues, commercial transactions, and compliance counseling.

Scott's contamination practice includes federal and state Superfund litigation, brownfield redevelopment, and voluntary cleanups. Scott has advised clients on brownfield projects throughout the country, including the development of the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado, which is home of the Denver Nuggets and the Colorado Avalanche; a former sawmill in Montana; and a drycleaner-impacted property in North Carolina.

He regularly represents clients in state and federal enforcement actions, manages environmental audits, and negotiates voluntary self-disclosures with state and federal regulators.

Scott is a frequent lecturer and author on environmental topics, including brownfields and environmental audits.
