Sven Brandt has extensive experience in asset finance, capital markets (both interest and dividend-paying stock), structured finance (including derivatives), debt repackaging and securitisation.
He focuses on asset and structured finance transactions, capital markets products and regulatory implications of securities trading and settlement. Sven was a member of both the German regulators' (BaFin) and the Association of German Banks (BdB) securitisation leading working groups.
Sven heads the firm's German debt capital markets practice.

Advising Volkswagen Leasing on its EUR 960m VCL 29 auto lease receivables securitization.
Advising Ford Bank on its EUR 778m Globaldrive Auto Receivables 2019-A securitization of auto loans.
Advising Opel Bank on its EUR 900m E-CARAT 10 securitization of auto loans.
Advising Iveco on the pan-European securitization of auto loans (EUR 600m) and on the securitization of European leasing and loan receivables (EUR 562m).
Advising the dealers to FMS Wertmanagement EUR 60bn debt issuance program.
