Yine Rodríguez Pérez, a dedicated lawyer in the Miami office of Hogan Lovells, is knowledgeable about a range of project finance matters, including cross-border commercial transaction work in Latin America.

She has also worked on complex arbitration disputes, in English and Spanish, concerning diverse industries, including construction, mining, oil and gas, across prominent arbitral institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).

Yine serves as Chair of the Foreign Legal Consultant Committee of The Florida Bar and was instrumental in amending Chapter 16 of The Florida Bar Rules, which regulates the certification of foreign lawyers as foreign legal consultants.

Yine participated in the reform and drafting of Florida Statutes Chapter 607 – Corporations while attending Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University.

Successfully advised state-owned petrochemical company in multi-million-dollar litigation and in corporate transactional matters related to dispute.

Successfully advised state-owned company in structuring of an oil- and gas-specific services contract of US$4.9bn with initial disbursement of US$1bn.

Representing a South American client in federal court proceedings involving the enforcement of a US$465m arbitration award.

Representing a Central American country in investment treaty arbitration related to the expropriation of real estate assets for an ecotourism project.

Representing a Central American country in investment treaty arbitration related to the expropriation of a mining concession.
