Louisa advises on a wide range of data protection issues, from data protection compliance programmes and complex data sharing arrangements to dealing with individual rights requests and  personal data breaches. Though her practice is now focused solely on data protection, Louisa has experience of working on a variety of technology and information law matters for both private and public sector clients, including IT, outsourcing projects and freedom of information requests. In recent years, Louisa has developed a keen interest in providing strategic and practical data protection advice in the development of new systems, processes and products, including assisting with data protection impact assessments.

Having undertaken a number of client secondments, including in the public, regulatory and financial services sectors, Louisa is able to apply this first-hand experience to understanding and addressing clients' needs effectively and efficiently, providing risk-based and commercial advice to clients.
