Tom Brassington

Tom Brassington

Tom is a leading partner in the firm's London corporate practice. He combines commercial acumen with transaction efficiency to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients. He is ranked in Chambers for High-end Corporate and M&A, his knowledge in cross border M&A is highlighted in particular. He was also recently considered a 'Corporate Rising Star' in the London market by Legal Business magazine.

He has experience across a wide variety of work including public and private M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, private equity and equity capital markets. Whilst Tom is a generalist M&A practitioner, he regularly acts for clients in the Life Sciences and TMT sectors. Much of Tom's work has a cross-border or international focus. Whilst Tom is based in London, he has also practiced in both Dubai and Hong Kong.

He is a really perfect person to represent buyers who aren't based in the UK, because he has a good sense of the UK market and how US acquisitions are done, and does a good job of blending the two together.'
