Társis is a senior associate in the firm's Corporate practice in London.  As a triple-qualified lawyer (England, New York and Brazil) he advises clients on a wide range of cross-border transactional and advisory work, including public and private M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures and commercial contracts.  He specialises in the infrastructure, natural resources and renewables sectors, and has also advised clients operating in the pharmaceutical and consumer industries.  His practice has involved advising international clients on inbound and outbound transactions in Europe, Brazil and Africa.

Társis' experience has also included serving for one year as the acting general counsel of the Kuwait Investment Authority in London (the world's 4th largest sovereign wealth fund) on secondment from Hogan Lovells.  He advised the KIA on a wide range of private equity transactions, acquisition on infrastructure assets, commercial banking, IT and IP contracts and other compliance and regulatory matters.

Társis joined Hogan Lovells in 2015, after three years as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Derringer in London, and he has also worked in a leading law firm in Brazil.  Társis holds a corporate LLM from the New York University and an LLM and MBA from the Centre of Energy, Petroleum and Mining in Dundee, Scotland.  A native Portuguese speaker, Társis is also fluent in English and French.

Rolls-Royce on the sale of its world-wide energy gas turbine and compressor business to Siemens for £785 million.

International oil and gas company on its bid for the proposed acquisitions of interests in oil and gas fields in UK North Sea and Kurdistan.

Ashmore Investment on the sale of interests in GEMS, a Saudi Arabian company providing oil and gas/environmental services, to Saudi investment fund, for US$107m.
