Susan Whitehead

A leveraged and acquisition finance lawyer with over twenty years of experience, Susan advises on the financing aspects of private acquisition and public bid leveraged finance transactions, corporate acquisitions and refinancings. Her experience spans both the mid-market and larger transactions and domestic and cross-border deals and encompasses traditional syndicated loans as well as direct lending structures, such as unitranche facilities.

A former partner in the team, in addition to transactional support, Susan is responsible for our leveraged finance team's documentation and training. Susan is a member of the LMA's leveraged finance documentation working party and on the consulting editorial board for LexisPSL Banking & Finance.
