As a partner, Stacey McEvoy focuses her practice at Hogan Lovells on corporate transactional and commercial matters. She brings to the firm her significant experience in a long list of areas, including mergers and acquisitions and other business combinations; dispositions and divestitures; formation of joint ventures; partnership and strategic alliances; private equity, strategic, and venture capital transactions; and corporate governance.

Her work with clients has helped Stacey develop her expansive knowledge of a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, defense, and government services; technology; manufacturing; and real estate.

Stacey is a member of the advisory board for the nonprofit Children's Law Center, where she also serves as an advocate. In addition, her commitment to give back to her community led her to serve as one of four project leaders for the firm's partnership with the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network and its Empowering Girls and Women initiative.
