Robin is a Senior Associate working in the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects practice. Since 2008 he has been advising governments, project sponsors, multilaterals and lenders on (renewable) energy and infrastructure projects in Europe and across Asia, including in Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and in Dubai. His experience includes goverment advisory, project development, financing, M&A and setting up joint ventures.

Robin is admitted to the bar in the Netherlands and works as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore. He is also founder and chairman of the International Project Finance Association's Future Leaders Network in Asia. Robin speaks fluent English and Dutch.

Representative experience

Advising an Indonesia Government-owned corporation on the development of 2,000MW coal-fired IPP project in West Java.

PLN on all aspects of the landmark development of 2,000 MW coal-fired IPP project in West Java, Indonesia, which reached financial close in September 2016.
