Ratiba is an Associate within the international banking and finance practice of Hogan Lovells. 

Ratiba advises lenders and sponsors on multijurisdictional transactions in acquisition, real estate, and project finance (PPPs, infrastructure and renewable energy). She also has experience in leveraged finance and restructuring.

Ratiba holds an LLM from the London School of Economics and a Master's degree in Business Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She speaks French, English and Arabic.

Advising Crédit Industriel et Commercial, Crédit Lyonnais, Crédit Agricole, Société Générale, and BNP Paribas regarding refinancing Stella Group in ICG acquisition from Equistone Partners Europe.

Advising BNP Paribas/Banque Populaire Rives de Paris regarding acquisition financing for Furnosem Group by Cottard-Orset, with Arkéa Capital Investissement, Rives Croissance, and ActoMezz.

Advising BNP Paribas (as Agent) in connection with an additional acquisition financing to Groupe Babilou.

Advising a multinational bank on enforcement issues and the realisation of secured assets in multiple jurisdictions following the default of a borrower.

Advising HNA on financing aspects to the acquisition of Servair from Air France-KLM.
