As an associate in our Intellectual Property, Media and Technology (IPMT) Group, Paula García focuses her practice mainly on privacy, cybersecurity, copyright, commercial IP and IT law. Paula advises companies on matters concerning data protection issues, copyright licensing and distribution, e-commerce, electronic signatures, telecom regulations, as well as on issues related to the Internet, personal rights and advertising.

In addition, Paula brings experience in assisting local and international companies before the Spanish Data Protection Agency and the Spanish National Court. She also spends time helping NGOs and small entrepreneurs to implement their projects. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Paula managed to combine work and education, gaining experience at Hogan Lovells, and two other international law firms.
