Christopher F. Nenno

Chris Nenno practices at the cross-section of transactional, regulatory, and governance issues to help his clients effectively navigate today's complex marketplace.

From corporations to private equity firms to high-net worth individuals, clients turn to Chris for practical solutions and execution of their complex business transactions. Having cut his teeth in the financial centers of the East Coast, Chris brings a nuanced perspective to achieving his clients' strategic business objectives.

Chris has also devoted considerable time to pro bono matters during his career, including organizing a U.S. nonprofit organization that supports the work of an entity operating schools in South Africa as well as structuring investments in an entity delivering solar power in Senegal. Chris also serves on the Board of Directors of Wilderness Leadership & Learning, a nonprofit organization that operates a year-long leadership-development program rooted in outdoor education for high school-age children from underserved neighborhoods of Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Chris was an associate in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of an elite international law firm. Chris attended Cornell Law School, where he served as an articles editor for the Cornell Law Review. Prior to law school, Chris was a fellow at the Partnership for Public Service, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit organization committed to strengthening the federal workforce. He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
