With more than 15 years of experience advising companies and investors on a range of complex transactions, Mahvesh Qureshi makes sure that she not only understands her client's business but also how to implement the best possible legal advice and strategy for their needs.

Mahvesh's clients include corporations (from large multi-nationals to emerging growth companies) and strategic and financial investors (private equity and venture-based). She works on a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, bolt-on acquisitions, divestitures, carveouts, joint ventures, and investments. In leading these transactions, Mahvesh understands the perspective from "all sides of the table," and knows that the best legal advice is one that helps clients efficiently solve short-term problems, with an eye on executing long-term strategies.

Mahvesh is experienced in leading transactions in a variety of industry sectors including technology, media, aerospace, defense, government services, industrials and commercial goods, energy, and healthcare. The combination of a multi-industry approach and diversity and breadth of transactional work uniquely positions Mahvesh to operate from a different perspective.

She led a number of extensive pro bono representations, including corporate governance and commercial matters for two global NGOs focused on international girls' education and governance and organizational advice to a government-led planning and disaster relief body.
