As an associate in our International Arbitration group, Lucie focuses her practice on commercial and investment arbitration. She brings experience representing both multinational companies and States in arbitration proceedings under all the major arbitral rules including the ICC, ICSID and UNCITRAL.Since joining Hogan Lovells Lucie has gained particular experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors and also in investment treaty cases.

Representative Experience

Representing a Latin American state in an ICSID arbitration brought against it by a company in the coffee industry.

Representing an international rail infrastructure company in ICC arbitration proceedings regarding the payment of commission for developing their business in the Middle East.

Representing a central Asian state in an UNCITRAL arbitration brought by a Canadian mining company under the Energy Charter Treaty relating to uranium mining licenses.
