Matthew C. Kim

Matthew C. Kim focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and securities law, representing clients at the forefront of the world's fastest growing industries. From leading healthcare providers to media powerhouses, Matthew advises companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters.

While in law school, Matthew served as Managing Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal and as President for the Cornell California Law Students Association. In 2014, Matthew had the privilege to serve as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Beverly Reid O'Connell in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

In addition to his corporate practice, Matthew is passionate about pro bono causes and volunteer work. In 2015, Matthew successfully petitioned the Bronx County Family Court through the Courtroom Advocates Project to issue a TRO in favor of a victim of domestic abuse. During his undergraduate career, Matthew devoted his time counseling and mentoring underprivileged youth in the San Diego County.
