Sherry has acted on a number of complex acquisition financing and projects for both borrowers and lenders. As such, Sherry has a clear understanding of client's commercial needs and provides seamless solutions to successfully close complex transactions in the most efficient manner possible.

Acting for The Carlyle Group in their bid for the acquisition of Genesis Care Limited which was valued over $1.5 billion.

Assisting the sponsors on a bid to fund the Australian National University on-campus student residences which was valued over $165 million.*

Acting for Logos Property Group in its acquisition of Port of Brisbane leases.*

Assisting a syndicate of financiers to the Virgin Active group on a global refinance.

Assisting Efic and the State of SA in connection with the financing of the redevelopment of the lead smelter at Port Pirie.*

Assisting a syndicate of financiers to the successful bid for financing NSW Electricity Network's acquisition for the TransGrid network from the NSE Government.*

Assisting the Carlyle Group in their bid for the acquisition Genesis Care Limited which was valued over $1.5 billion.*

Advising Partners Group on a cross-border US$700 million capital call facility involving 32 fund borrowers.
