Kate Wilford represents international companies in large-scale, international commercial disputes. Her practice focuses on international arbitration (most frequently under the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules) and associated court litigation, including challenges to and enforcement of arbitral awards. Based in Hogan Lovells' London office, she advises clients from a diverse range of industry sectors, including telecommunications, energy and natural resources, automotive and consumer.

In addition to her native English, Kate speaks German and French (having studied both languages at Cambridge and lived in Germany), and regularly uses her language skills in assisting clients to resolve their disputes. She works closely with the Hogan Lovells international arbitration team in Germany. Kate is qualified as a solicitor-advocate with full rights of audience in the English courts. She is included on the Vienna International Arbitral Centre's List of Practitioners. Super Lawyers named Kate as a rising star in the field of dispute resolution in 2013 and 2014.
