As a senior associate in Hogan Lovells' Paris office and a member of the Corporate practice, Julie focuses primarily on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, including mergers and acquisitions of private companies and corporate restructurings.Her postgraduate degree in International Business Law from the university of Toulouse, allows her to have a solid knowledge of business corporate law.

Thanks to her LL.M in comparative business law from the university of McGill, Canada, Julie is well-suited to assess and address the challenges faced by clients in the context of multijurisdictional M&A transactions.

Representative experience

Advising Iberdrola on several acquisitions in France in the renewables sector.

Advising Autodesk on the acquisition of the Robobat group and on post-acquisition restructuring operations.

Advising Avocent on their European restructuring further to the acquisition of the LANDesk group jointly with counsels in Germany, Ireland, Great Britain and the Netherlands.

Advising Accor on the set up of a joint venture with MasterCard in the European prepaid services market.

Advising Honeywell on the corporate matters of French subsidiaries of the Honeywell group and following up the restructuring of the group in France.
