Julie Bartmuss specializes in litigation and product liability, especially in the the life science industry. She advises German and international clients on cross-border product litigation − both in and out of court.

As a thorough researcher and communication facilitator, Julie invests her time in assisting clients in developing multinational process and defense strategies. Julie is a hands-on project manager who operates case management for clients involved in mass torts litigation. This includes developing, implementing and continually updating her and her team's internal and external processes. Julie finds the most practical solutions for her clients while keeping in mind the economic issues at hand. Julie is also familiar with corporate law and a commercial mediator (MuCDR).

She began her career at Hogan Lovells at the beginning of 2016.

Global defense of TÜV Rheinland against liability claims resulting from allegedly inappropriate certification of breast implant manufacturer P.I.P.

Defending an international manufacturer of medical devices against product liability claims.

Defending a foreign medical authority against claims of a manufacturer of a medical device in German and international court proceedings.
