From inception through to trial, Javier Peral has handled a variety of complex disputes concerning diverse industries, including construction, telecommunications, and employment.

Javier focuses his practice on international arbitration, and in particular cross-border disputes, and has represented clients before many prominent arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), among others.  Javier has served as counsel in a number of arbitral final hearings, and relishes the competition and high-stakes nature of trial work.  

Javier also has significant experience litigating commercial issues in domestic courts.  An aficionado of the latest litigation technology, Javier takes pride in providing efficient and cost-effective services to handle all of his clients' e-discovery needs.

Javier is actively involved in academia, and is an adjunct professor at Florida International University College of Law, where he teaches a class on Transnational Disputes.
