Jan-Christoph Rudowicz advises national and international clients on all areas of EU and German competition law. 

Jan-Christoph can help you with merger control proceedings and cartel investigations before national competition authorities and the European Commission. He also represents clients in cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings and the litigation of cartel damages claims before national and European courts. Furthermore, he is experienced in advising clients on how to structure contracts, distribution systems and rebate schemes in accordance with competition law.

Jan-Christoph worked at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law during his doctorate. During his legal traineeship he inter alia worked for the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission and for the competition law teams of two international law firms.

Jan-Christoph regularly publishes on competition law matters.
