Jacqueline Lee's positive and proactive approach to commercial contracting enables her to effectively navigate and counsel clients to win-win solutions on a wide range of commercial contracting issues.

Jacqueline works with clients to draft and negotiate a variety of technology and commercial agreements in a range of industries that include telecommunications, banking and finance, software technology, business consulting, aviation, and healthcare.

Jacqueline started her legal career at Hogan Lovells as an associate in the Intellectual Property, Media, and Technology practice, then spent three years serving as in-house commercial counsel for a big four consulting firm before rejoining Hogan Lovells again in 2016. Her experience in both a law firm setting and as in-house counsel provides her with a diverse perspective and collaborative approach when it comes to helping clients navigate the legal issues that arise in commercial transactions.
