Greg Hill knows how to get deals done. He combines his legal acumen with a keen understanding of the markets in which his clients operate to help them execute their most complex transactions efficiently and effectively.

For almost 25 years, Greg has counseled and supported clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions. He has steered a long roster of private equity clients in investments, acquisition, and disposition transactions, as well as fund formation. Greg also routinely represents boards of directors, audit committees, and special committees in governance matters, often conducting internal investigations on their behalf.

Greg is a seasoned advisor to clients engaged in all aspects of the energy industry, with particular experience representing clients engaged in midstream and oilfield services. His significant track record also includes representation of top players in a wide variety of industries, including agriculture and ranching, banking and financial services, technology, and waste, recycling, and environmental solutions.

Greg is also active in his community. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of Avondale House, a not-for-profit organization specializing in autism services and resources; a Board Member of the Houston Chapter of the General Counsel Forum; and an Advisory Board Member of the Houston Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors; a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation; and a Life Fellow of the Houston Bar Foundation.
