Aston Goad puts the needs of the business first and aligning legal basis and protection accordingly. Not only is he pragmatic, he is experienced and versatile for having worked in an international environment extensively.

He has on the ground experience in three continents (Europe, North America and Asia) and involved in matters spanning the globe. He is fully licensed to practice as a foreign lawyer in Indonesia (PERADI) and admitted to the bar in The Netherlands.

He has a proven track record in leading a variety of transactions, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, Venture Capital/Private Equity and green field investments. He has relevant experience in commercial, employment, finance and IT/tech related matters gained as a corporate lawyer.

Acting for a prime logistics provider in Asia in the formation of a USD 110 million joint venture with an Indonesian supply chain solution provider.

Advisor to Kuehne + Nagel's subsidiary Naku Freight Indonesia on its business structure in Indonesia.

Counsel to an Australian nutritional company in the establishment of its joint venture with a leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia.
