Florian Agnel is partner at Hogan Lovells. He is a member of our Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects team and has extensive experience of all aspects of infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Florian also advises clients on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing of infrastructure and renewable energy investments, fund establishment and co-investments.
Representative experience
Advising the Peruvian government on a new standard form contract for its PPP concessions.
Advising on establishment of JLEN, a UK renewable energy investment fund, and acquisition of a seed portfolio of seven wind, solar, waste, and wastewater projects.
Advising the lenders to the Cintra, Macquarie, Aberdeen and Kier consortium on the Silvertown tunnel and access roads project under the river Thames in London.
