Astrid Zourli advises a wide range of clients within a context of distressed situations. She has strong expertise in both domestic and cross-border insolvency proceedings, debt restructuring as well as distressed M&A.

Astrid Zourli joined Hogan Lovells in June 2019 after more than seven years of practice in the restructuring team of Weil, Gotshal & Manges - including a secondment to the New York office.

She has gained extensive experience in debt and equity restructuring, distressed LBOs, safeguard and reorganization proceedings, sale plans and industrial site restructuring.

Astrid also deals with the litigation aspects of insolvency proceedings. 

Astrid works in all sectors of activity, such as retail, maritime and road transport, the paper and glass industry, the health sector, automotive and industrial subcontracting and the energy sector.

In recent years, she has been involved in a number of high profile matters, including Bourbon, Arc, Technicolor, Mavic and Remade.

Legal 500 EMEA France named her a "Rising Star" in the restructuring and insolvency category. She was also named by a French restructuring magazine as the new generation of women in restructuring. 

Astrid is a member of the Association des Jeunes Professionnels du Restructuring (AJR) and of the professional network Women in Restructuring. She is also a member of the INSOL association. 

She has contributed to the publication of specialist articles.
