Jakub advises Polish and foreign banks, especially in the area of property, wind farms, and corporate finance transactions (he is also involved in: negotiating loan facility documentation, preparing drafts of loan facility documentation relating to both financing and refinancing, the analysis and verification of documentary conditions precedent, and preparing legal opinions). Jakub joined the Hogan Lovells Warsaw office in 2012, and is a member of the Banking and Finance department. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Jakub worked for a Polish law firm, and a sports organisation. He graduated from the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2011.
Jakub is a graduate of the American Law Center (organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law), as well as of the British and European Law Center (organized by the University of Warsaw and the British know-how fund). Currently, Jakub is an advocate trainee at the District Chamber of Attorneys in Warsaw.
