As an associate in Hogan Lovells's Shanghai Office, Yihan Zang is experienced to represent multinationals in various dispute resolution and regulatory matters.  His current practices focus on helping multinationals conduct FCPA, anti-bribery, and other internal compliance investigations. He also advises multinationals on evaluating and improving their internal control policies programs, and conducting compliance due diligence in relation to cross-border M&As. 

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Yihan worked at another international law firm, where he focused on FCPA and anti-bribery investigations, and anti-trust filings and investigations.

Yihan is educated in both China and U.S.  He obtained a J.D. from Cornell Law School, and earned his LL.B. from Fudan University.
