Christy has extensive experience in dispute resolution, focusing on construction disputes. With dual qualifications in civil engineering and law, she performs both contentious and non-contentious work for her construction clients.

She is deeply knowledgeable in handling construction disputes for employers, contractors and sub-contractors, both in court proceedings and arbitrations. She also has experience representing clients in defending criminal prosecutions for offences under the Buildings Ordinance and in bringing appeals against building orders issued under the Buildings Ordinance. Christy's non-contentious work includes legal vetting of construction contracts and consultancy agreements, using both public and private standard forms or clients' bespoke agreements. She has also advised client on the due diligence process and the relevant legal documentation of acquisition of companies where the underlying assets involve buildings under construction.
