Sally is an associate in the Corporate and Finance practice group at Hogan Lovells’ Hong Kong office.
Sally has experience acting for financial institutions, private equity funds and corporate borrowers on onshore and offshore banking and financing transactions, including secured and unsecured financing, re-financing and real estate financing. She regularly advises clients on enforcement, restructuring and insolvency matters.
Sally also has experience advising Hong Kong companies on corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.
Representative experience
Advising Oaktree and the receivers, PwC, in relation to the receivership over the development of Grand Homm, a luxury residential property in Hong Kong.
Advising a Hong Kong listed company group engaged in the PRC property leasing business on the refinancing of a USD36 million secured credit facility.*
Advising a BVI purchaser on its acquisition of Grand Riviera, a luxury residential property development in Hong Kong from a PRC real estate developer, and the related bridging loan and security.*
Advising a Hong Kong listed company on its restructuring by way of schemes of arrangement in Hong Kong and Cayman Islands, subscription by investor and disposal of major PRC subsidiaries.*
