As an associate in Hogan Lovells Shanghai Office, Xudong focuses on FCPA practices, regulatory compliance and various types of government investigations.  He has extensive experience advising the clients on responding to the Public Security Bureaus and the Administration for Industry and Commerce's dawn raids, subpoenas, and settlement proposals.  His experience also includes preparing investigation plans, preparing search terms, conducting interviews and drafting investigation reports for multiple FCPA investigations supervised by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.  

As a former external legal counsel for local Chinese government, Xudong has a good understanding of protocols of primary level law enforcement agencies and can provide accurate overall case assessment and strategic advice at an early stage of an investigation. 

With his prior litigation experience and knowledge with law enforcement bodies, he can also provide valuable insights and advice on a wide range of regulatory compliance issue covering product liability, food safety, drug administration, safe operation and consumer interest protection.

Representing various multinational companies in labor disputes before arbitration committee and people's court in Shanghai and Jiangsu province.

Advising various multinational companies in clinical trial matters and product recalls of consumer products and household appliances products.
