Kevin Xu is a U.S. licensed and trained patent lawyer working in Shanghai. Kevin advises in the litigation, prosecution, and licensing of patents, trademarks and copyrights. He counsels clients in diverse electrical and computer fields as well as the mechanical arts.  

In particular, Kevin has experience in the fields of internet technologies, wireless communications, software and business method related applications, medical devices, automotive equipment, and clean energy technology. Kevin is a former Patent Examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office where he examined patents in the area of Computer Graphics Processing and Visual Display Systems.
