Stella Xi is a member of the Hogan Lovells Private Equity team in Sydney, advising on a range of matters including private equity transactions in both buy-side and sell-side deals, financing, and corporate advisory.
She is also involved in projects for technology-focused private equity firm Accel-KKR and providing corporate advice to superannuation fund Aware Super. She has assisted in advising fund managers in regulatory matters and advising borrowers in leveraged acquisition and funds financing transactions.
Representative experience
Advising PE firm Accel-KKR on the US$200m bolt-on acquisition of property management software/platform Inspect Real Estate Holdings Pty Ltd for its portfolio company Reapit (2023).
Assisting in the establishment of investment vehicles for asset manager H.R.L. Morrison & Co (2023).
Acting for HSBC in relation to upsizing its existing facility to IMD Pte. Ltd. by £24.3m (2022).
Acting for MidCap Financial in relation to its US$25m term/US$5m revolving loan to Keystone Dental Inc (2022).
Acting for Muzinich & Co on its A$26.5m debt package supporting Insitec Pty Limited on its acquisition of The Network (2022).
Assisting in the two year extension of Kodak Alaris Holdings Limited’s facility with KPP (No. 2) trustees Limited (2022).
Advising Partners for Growth, LLC in relation to regulatory compliance under the Australian Financial Services licensing regime (2022).
Assisting in the preparation of submissions to the United Nations Committee Against Torture on behalf of Yazidi victims of crimes against humanity perpetrated by Khaled Sharrouf (2022).
