Brittany Wolma

Brittany Wolma works with clients to achieve effective and practicable results for the full spectrum of their transactional endeavors. With a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and securities compliance, as well as her international business transactions insight, clients benefit from Brittany's customized approach to their unique legal challenges.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Brittany clerked for the Honorable Alan M. Loeb, Chief Judge of the Colorado Court of Appeals, where she drafted predisposition memoranda on a wide variety of cases. While attending law school, Brittany earned the Hartje Objective Writing Award and was the recipient of several scholarships. She served as the Vice President of the Business Law Society, a teaching assistant for a legal writing and research class, and a staff editor for the Transportation Law Journal. Brittany also served as a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado, interned for several state district court judges, interned at a small business law firm, and worked as a legal compliance assistant for a small registered investment advising company.
