Dr. Wolfgang Kircher

Wolfgang Kircher is a transaction lawyer and clients' trusted corporate law advisor. He has extensive experience in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of joint ventures, business acquisitions and disposals and also counsels on group-internal business transformations, cash pools and enterprise agreements creating fiscal unities.

Wolfgang has also advised on the equity and debt financing aspects of a multitude of his clients' transactions. Wolfgang's industry focus is "old economy", ranging from mining and manufacturing of specialty materials to agriculture.

As a result of his secondments to New York and to a German financial institution, Wolfgang gained broad experience in transactions with a U.S. angle and in the restructuring of debt financings.

Advising AMG Mining AG on an equity investment by Alterna Capital Partners, a share capital increase and a domination and profit and loss pooling agreement.

Advising BayWa Aktiengesellschaft in the acquisition of PC Agrar group, the "smart farming" software provider.

Advising various groups of companies in relation to centralized cash management of the national and international group companies.

Advising a group of companies on activities in Africa, such as a joint venture, equity and debt financing by the shareholders and a credit facility by a development bank.

Advising a group of companies on internal (solvent) restructuring transactions under the German Business Transformation Act.
