Dr. Wolf-Tassilo Böhm
Wolf-Tassilo Böhm advises national and international clients on employment law, compliance and employee data privacy issues. He concentrates on remuneration systems, works council affairs, internal investigations and advises at the interface of compliance, employment law and employee data privacy law. Wolf-Tassilo coordinates lawsuits with a large number of parties and represents our clients through all instances of the German labor jurisdiction. Wolf-Tassilo also advises clients on all questions regarding IT in the work environment.
Wolf-Tassilo has extensive experience with labor law aspects of international transactions and questions on contracts for officers and directors. He regularly publishes articles on various employment law and data privacy subjects. He also coordinates our community investment flagship project "Debate it" at our Frankfurt office.
Wolf-Tassilo studied law in Erlangen and served his legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Nuremberg Court of Appeals. He worked as a research assistant at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and earned his Ph.D. in Law with a thesis about employment law aspects of non-compliance and internal investigations.
