Kate Winslow advises both public and private companies on a wide range of executive compensation and employee benefit matters, including on day-to-day matters as well as in connection with corporate transactional work. 

Kate regularly counsels clients on the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, spin-offs, and other corporate transactions. Kate also assists in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of employment, severance, and change in control agreements, deferred compensation plans, and equity and other incentive compensations plans and agreements. In addition, Kate frequently prepares compensation disclosures for proxy statements and other public filings. 

Before joining the firm, Kate was an executive compensation and employee benefits associate at another global law firm, where she gained extensive experience advising private equity firms on complex employee benefits and executive compensation issues in domestic and international transactions.
