Raymond J. Wilson helps clients navigate a wide range of general corporate law matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He has experience representing domestic and international private and public companies, as well as private equity firms. He works closely with clients to execute complex business transactions across industry sectors, including in technology, manufacturing and life sciences and healthcare.
Ray believes in fostering an inclusive work environment and is a member of Philly IDEAL, the Philadelphia Office’s diversity group. He is also committed to assisting clients with a variety of pro bono matters.

Represented a manufacturer of pet food in its auction and sale to entities associated with a private equity fund.*
Represented a staffing company in its sale to a strategic acquiror.*
Represented a travel services company in its sale to a group of private equity investors.*
Represented a private company client in its investment of approximately $400mm in a parent company with various operating subsidiaries focused on developing renewable energy projects.
Represented a client focused on supporting renewable energy projects in connection with a grant made to a private company to fund several wind farm projects throughout the United States.
Represented a public company client in connection with its merger valued at approximately US$150mm with another clinical-stage biotechnology company.
