Russell Welch is a trusted advisor who uses a practical and collaborative approach to resolving legal issues. He has litigated complex commercial disputes in federal and state court, from the earliest stages through discovery, motion practice, and trial.

Russell has developed a wide range of experience representing clients in the energy, technology, and financial sectors. He has litigated matters involving claims of securities fraud, copyright and patent infringement, breach of contract, and employment discrimination.

A former judicial clerk, Russell has a knack for using federal procedure to his client's advantage and cleanly presenting issues to the court for efficient and favorable resolution, both on the papers and through oral advocacy in the courtroom.
