Mohan Warusha Hennadige focuses his practice on civil litigation. He has broad litigation experience from the initial complaint stage through dispositive motions, fact and expert discovery, settlement negotiations, and post-trial motions. He also has experience with mediation and domestic and international arbitration.

Mohan is passionate about public service and pro bono work. At Hogan Lovells, he has been a part of a team representing a class of asylum seekers challenging the Trump Administration's policy prohibiting individuals from seeking asylum if they crossed the southern border outside of designated ports of entry. Mohan is also helping an LGBT client from Sri Lanka obtain asylum in the United States.

In law school, Mohan was a student advocate with the International Refugee Assistance Program (IRAP) and helped a former U.S. military interpreter in Afghanistan file for a Special Immigrant Visa to come to the United States. He also externed at the Legal Aid Society of Manhattan through the LGBT Rights Externship.
