As an associate, Jing has advised multinational corporations on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, particularly corporate employment compliance, data privacy compliance, as well as private merger and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Jing worked for a leading local PRC law firm for two years, where she focused on corporate and commercial practice matters including mergers and acquisitions, employment, and foreign investment.

Jing was admitted to the PRC bar in 2012, and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
