Gil Walton's practice centers on complex civil litigation. As a litigator in our Washington, D.C. office, he has served on teams representing institutional clients in federal court and a major medical device company in a state-court jury trial.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Gil studied English at the University of Alabama, where he was a scholarship athlete on the Crimson Tide's cross country and track and field teams, was twice named to the All-SEC Academic Honor Roll, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. In law school, Gil served on the editorial board for the Stanford Law Review.
