Vironika Pilyugina is a partner focusing on IP litigation and IP portfolio management. She represents various Russian and international clients in patent infringement litigation and advises on patent enforcement and defense strategies in Russia.
Vironika Pilyugina handles disputes relating to patent, trademark, copyright and domain name infringements, invalidity actions, defamation and slander cases as well as unfair competition actions. Vironika represents clients before the Russian PTO and the Chamber for Patent and Trademark Disputes, as well as before the Russian courts and antimonopoly authorities. Her deep experience helps the clients gain the court victories in pharmaceutical, automotive, consumer and other sectors. Vironika also manages regional and global trademark portfolios. She is admitted as a Russian trademark and patent attorney.
