Virginia is well-versed in regulatory matters, and clients benefit from her answering queries regarding the interpretation of the Spanish Insurance Mediation regulation, drafting and negotiating agency agreements, applying for the registration of insurance intermediaries and answering requests from the Spanish Insurance Authorities (DGSFP). In addition, she has experience in drafting, amending and adapting insurance policies to be distributed in the Spanish market.

Virginia also has broad experience in reinsurance transactions (in particular, VIF transactions) and is a regular contributor of articles and newsflashes concerning civil liability and insurance mediation. Virginia has a wide experience in litigation related to insurance: professional liability claims (doctors, lawyers and architects' liability), industrial risks, products liability, construction damages and resolution of coverage disputes. She has also participated in insolvency proceedings.
