Victoria DeBayle has a strong background in Latin America and international and comparative law. With the ability to draft agreements in both Spanish and English, Victoria focuses on the development, financing, and construction of projects throughout the United States and abroad.

She represents companies in connection with engineering, procurement, and construction agreements and related contracts, such as equipment supply and operation and maintenance contracts. She drafts and negotiates the agreements and advises clients on project management, contract correspondence, and settlement of contractual disputes.

During law school, she honed her legal skills as a member of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review.

Represented Siemens in the settlement of arbitration proceedings related to a US$2bn power generation facility in the United States.

Representing a Honduran entity in the engineering, procurement, and construction of a solar power plant with a nominal capacity of 49.9 MW in Honduras.

Representing a major pineapple producer from Costa Rica in post-arbitral award litigation against one of world's largest fruit distributors.

Represented a subsidiary of a Spanish multinational electric utility company in the engineering, procurement, and construction of a complete and operational series capacitor bank in New York.

Represented a refinery in connection with an engineering, procurement, and construction agreement for a petroleum refining and petrochemical complex.

Represented a U.S.-based power company in connection with the engineering, procurement, and construction of two photovoltaic power plants.

Represented independent power producers in the development of four hydro-electric power facilities in Central America.

Represented a U.S.-based media company in connection with the construction of a new production facility for its printing presses and office services.
