Annie D. Vanselow

Annie Vanselow relies on more than a decade of varied experience in the Life Sciences industry to help pharmaceutical and medical device companies anticipate challenges. She offers clients sensible solutions to issues arising in the marketplace.

Annie is particularly experienced in proposal preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts with federal agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs National Acquisition Center, the Department of Defense TRICARE health program, and the Centers for Disease Control.

Annie routinely advises clients on pricing investigations related to the Veterans Health Care Act of 1992, Federal Supply Schedule contracts, and Trade Agreements Act country-of-origin restrictions. She also represents clients facing False Claims Act litigation and counsels on voluntary and mandatory disclosures.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Annie clerked at the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. She also has represented pharmaceutical companies in products liability cases, including international vaccine litigation, and has worked at a global biopharmaceutical company, where she gained valuable, real-world experience.
