As part of our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, Valerio Vadalà assists and represents clients before trial and appellate courts and alternative dispute resolution bodies.

He provides litigation and transactional assistance in cross-border disputes, commercial litigation, contentious insolvency and bankruptcy restructuring-related disputes, financial services and insurance litigation, international arbitration and investigations, as well as IP, antitrust and competition matters.

After graduating at Milan's Bocconi University, Valerio was admitted to the Italian bar in 2017. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Valerio has worked for another international magic circle law firm.

Valerio is admitted to practice as a lawyer both in France and in Italy.

Representing an international group in IP rights infringement proceedings and in relation to contractual violations by the former partners and a global competitor.

Assisting an American energy company in relation to disputes involving theft of trade secrets, counterfeiting, unfair competition, and poaching of employees.

Advising and defending an Italian well-known fashion designer in breach of contract and IP right infringement disputes following his exit from the fashion house.
