Adinda focuses on corporate acquisitions, insurance and general corporate matters.

Adinda comes from a disputes and litigation background and as a result, has a very analytical approach to her work.

This has led to a number of instructions by multinational companies to provide advice on foreign investment regulations in Indonesia.

Adinda is also experienced in the insurance sector and has assisted in advising a number of major Indonesian and foreign insurance companies, as well as advising them on general corporate matters, such as regulatory advisory, mandatory reporting and acquisition of shares.
