Practice groupLitigation, Arbitration, and Employment

Catherine Tremble is a litigator with a background in advertising technology and data. She is passionate about solving complex issues presented in commercial litigation and arbitration and is particularly interested in helping businesses resolve technology- and data-related matters.

While in law school, Catherine served as an articles & notes editor for the Fordham Law Review. In this role, she honed her writing and editing skills by working directly with top legal scholars and professionals to prepare their work for publication. As a second year, her work was selected for publication in the Fordham Law Review. Catherine was also a member of the Fordham Moot Court Board and a Decennial Fellow for Fordham Law School's Center on Law and Information Policy (CLIP). Catherine gained practical legal experience serving as an intern to the Honorable Justice Robert J. Miller in the Second Department of the New York Appellate Division, and as a summer associate at Hogan Lovells in 2017.

Prior to law school, Catherine worked in advertising technology as a programmatic trader at one of the largest global advertising and communications companies in the world. In this position, she thought strategically about how to best achieve clients' goals and shaped the best practices for data and technology management in North America. This experience gave Catherine a deep understanding of concerns surrounding data collection, retention, and security for both technology companies and her Fortune 500 clients.

Catherine's pro bono practice includes working with high school students from the Bronx to prepare them for moot court and mock trial competitions. She has also worked with Sanctuary for Families to represent survivors of domestic abuse in their actions to obtain restraining orders from abusers.
